3D/4D Ultrasound: Big Cheeks!

So today we went in for a 3D/4D imagining of our daughter!

OMG...those cheeks!

She looks absolutely beautiful.

It was quite exciting and emotional experience. We were able to see her wiggling about the uterus and stubbornly and shyly keeping her arm on her face.

While she didn’t cooperate wholely, I hope it’s not a sign of her stubbornness to come. V already comes fully loaded with that package. In excess.

We will be going back a Friday for another shot. Funny thing is the trick to the trade is to drink cold orange juice to get the little one moving.

The baby’s lungs are now more developed. If the baby decides to come out at this point, it will need to be in the NICU at least 6 weeks with a ventilator. Because the brain is much more developed now, there is less change of bleeding in the brain according to the Mayo Clinic.
